Welcome to Athletic Twelve! These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, we’ll keep it clear and fair.

2. Orders
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation by email.
We do our best to fulfill every order, but we reserve the right to cancel if something goes wrong (like stock errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud).
Prices and product details may be updated or corrected at any time. If we’ve made a pricing mistake, we’ll let you know before shipping.
3. Shipping
Athletic Twelve's estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days. Please see below for more information.

Shipping costs? You’ll see them clearly at checkout, no surprises. For our Dutch crowd: spend €90 or more and we’ll ship your order for free within the Netherlands.
Once your order is on the move, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow the journey from us to you.
4. Returns
Not 100% happy? No problem.
You’ve got 14 days after delivery to return your order, no questions asked. Just make sure:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags and labels are still attached
- You request your return via your client account on our website.

5. Issues or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll fix it, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
6. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or visit our site, we may collect some data to process your order, improve your experience, or send cool updates (only with your permission).

7. Liability
We’re responsible for getting your product to you in good condition. But we’re not liable for indirect damage, delays, or losses beyond the order value.

We’re based in the Netherlands, so Dutch law applies. Any disputes will go through the Dutch courts.
