• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, but a return label will be provided.
• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

How to Return:

1. Log in to your client account via our website or directly via this link.
2. Click on 'Request return' for the order you want to submit the request for.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Select a reason for the return and add a comment if needed. 
5. Click on 'Request return'.
